Credit Control Officer - Highbridge - Permanent - up to £28,000 DOE
We are recruiting on behalf of our client a Credit Control Officer to work within their small finance team.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. The role will be full time working in the office.
Job Role:
You would be working within a small team and working closely with other departments to ensure that invoices are sent accurately and on time. Building relationships with the customers to ensure payments are received on time. Using Microsoft Excel, Sage 200, and other software packages.
Main Duties
* Responsibility of the sales ledger
* Process bank reconciliations
* Invoice discounting reports
* Producing weekly invoicing schedules
* Set up new sales orders
* Prepare 8 weekly cashflow forecasts and daily cash reports
* Reconcile balances
* Deal with customer invoice queries
* Adjustments and reinvoice when required
* Review credit insurance cover levels
