Credit Controller

We're seeking a highly motivated Credit Controller to join our client based in Poole. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations by chasing outstanding payments and maintaining healthy client relationships.

What you'll do:

• Process customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Chase overdue invoices and implement effective credit control procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and reports
• Assist with the onboarding of new customers
• Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment

What you'll bring:

• A strong understanding of accounting principles (bonus points for a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must!)
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player
