Our client is an award-winning manufacturing company based in Stoke on Trent. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis working 30 hours per week.
Job Description:
As the Credit Controller, you report to the Financial Controller. Duties will include:
* Collecting outstanding payments by email and phone
* Liaising with internal staff to resolve customer queries
* Entering receipts on Cashbook/SAP and reconciling on a daily basis
* Process credit notes
* Confirming payments have been received and releasing held orders
Candidate requirements for the Credit Controller position:
* Previous credit control experience
* Ability to manage your own workload
* Computer literate, ideally including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Ability to build good relationships with customers
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional at all times
Hours: 30 hours per week, over 4 days
Pay rate: £12.07 per hour (£24,500 per annum pro rata)
