The Client:
Our client is a well-established automotive firm, supplying the full range of commercial trucks, used trucks, trailers and vans and provide outstanding service to their customers.
The Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will oversee customer accounts through phone, email, and letter ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
Responsibilities:
-Clean historical debts, including high-value invoices.
-Ensure prompt and accurate allocation of customer payments.
-Recommend legal proceedings against customers when necessary.
-Monitor and manage current and overdue debt on the sales ledger.
-Generate ad-hoc reports for customers.
-Log all customer queries onto the relevant IT system.
-Monitor credit limits and request new limits as required.
-Perform other ad-hoc basic account duties as needed.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
-Outstanding skills in building relationships.
-Capability to operate independently.
