Credit Controller - Full Time, Permanent
Are you a Finance/Accounts Administrator, looking to gain experience within Credit Control?
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a company based in Portslade on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday. This is a fully office-based role with free parking available.
Duties will include:
- Chasing invoices and ensuring outstanding invoices are paid - correct PO numbers attached, correct contact information and amounts
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Updating spreadsheets with debtors information
- Cash allocations
- Use of Sage
- Ad-hoc accounts administration duties to assist the smooth running of the team
To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail, as you will be inputting invoices onto the in-house system. You must be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner, as you will be chasing customers for overdue payments. Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel are essential.
