Day-to-day tasks include:
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers
Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable
The ideal candidate will be:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in using accounting software and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers while maintaining professionalism
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
