Temporary Credit Controller

Your new company Our commercial client is looking for a temporary Credit Controller for a period of 3 months to be part of a credit control team. Your new role You will ensure all new account requests are processed within the required timescale, maintain accurate debt collection records, and send out correspondence on time. You will be able to negotiate with debtors on payments, record payments accurately, and prepare records of departmental KPIs. You will be responsible for dealing with all correspondence and enquiries from branch and HO staff, supplying information and taking appropriate action as requested, advising branches of any information received by customers, and supplying promptly all reports, statistics, and printouts as requested. What you\'ll need to succeed You will have experience of dealing with credit reference reports, along with dealing with customers and good Excel skills. What you\'ll get in return This is an interim role for 3 months, ideally 100% based in the office in Eastbourne, though they will consider hybrid.
