Recruit 21 are pleased to be working with an international business in Cwmbran who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. You will be working hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Iddeally you will have
· Substantial Credit Control experience.
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· A reasonable understanding of accounting systems.
· Good organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work with colleagues from other disciplines including sales, dispatch and operations.
Job Description:
· Allocation of customer payments
· Assisting the Credit Control Supervisor by monitoring customer accounts and ensuring the collection of overdue debts.
· Identification and management of potentially high risk customers and liaison with credit insurers.
· Assisting the Credit Control Supervisor regarding the Management of the sales return process, liaising with the sales order entry department, chasing up progress with Warehouse/returns team.
· Working to deadlines in line with finance department requirements.
