They have more than 50 years\' experience and have a great knowledge of insurance claims processes and have the ability to contain and lower litigation rates and overall claims costs. They work in collaboration with their clients in an approachable, team-based manner and consider themselves an innovative and driven company.
Your new role
The Crime & Regulatory team predominately deal with motor crime, health & safety, inquests and care sector cases but also undertake compliance audits.
The Lawyer role is both technical and client-facing, the role would be suitable for a well-rounded health and safety/motor crime/inquest lawyer and you will have a keen interest in building client relationships through the delivery of training and mentoring as well as in delivering first class legal solutions to complex problems.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a defendant insurance practice.
• Proven record of attracting work.
• Previous experience in a Crime & Regulatory role.
• An ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work with case management systems.
• The personal skills to deal with policy holders in a sensitive manner given the context within which they find themselves in
• Legal qualification required i.e. Solicitor / FILEX
