SalaryOur client is an international powerhouse. They are looking to recruit an FS Regulatory Associate and FS Senior Associate Lawyer to join its highly regarded Financial Services (FS) team in London.
Our client's FS team is one of the biggest in the City and more broadly in the UK. The practice includes FS focused transactional work, as well as the typical FS advisory work helping FS clients with a variety of strategic transactions which include commercial partnerships, capital driven transactions, risk mitigation transactions, and regulated business transfers.
The skills to support this work are common to all transactional lawyers such as drafting, negotiation, project management on a cross border basis.
The successful candidate will be open minded, pragmatic yet commercially savvy whilst possessing transferable transactional skills.
No specific regulatory experience or knowledge is required - our client is looking for solid legal skills with enquiring minds keen to learn on the job to develop a sector specific focus in transactional work in the FS team.
Transactions are headline grabbing working with some of the most high profile and well known financial institutions.
