An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Regulatory Lawyer to join a growing legal team in the Payments & Open Banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's compliance with regulatory standards and laws in the UK including PSR & FCA.

Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee compliance with regulatory laws and standards across the UK including PSR & FCA.
• Provide expert legal advice to various departments within the company
• Develop and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the business
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and developments
• Work with the wider legal function internationally to manage risk and ensure business continuity.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a 5 - 10 PQE lawyer qualified in England & Wales. They will have experience as a regulatory counsel dealing with payments & working in the FinTech space.

Job Offer
