Customer Advisor – Stratford (Hybrid) – £28,000 to £31,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a successful Residential Management firm specialising in Build-to-Rent and Student Accommodation across London, are currently seeking Customer Advisor to join their Customer Hub team in the vibrant office in Stratford.
The Customer hub acts as the central property management centre handling incoming customer demands via phone, email, and chat functuality ensuring a fantastic customer experience is delivered to all residents. You will be participating in daily operations to consistently meet incoming customer issues and enquiries across all portfolios and Neighbourhoods efficiently and effectively. You will ensure customers receive a friendly, professional, and consistently high-quality service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day to day processing of tenant demands, queries and issues delivering a best-in-class service
- Delivery of key performance indicators including customer service feedback, occupancy, outstanding work orders, inspections, statutory compliance
- Working with the ticket management process via Zen Desk to support the overall Customer Hub team with timely responses, delivery against SLAs and managing any escalating customer issues
- Escalating any customer issues or complaints to the SCA to ensure that these are effectively managed, and the relevant action is taken in accordance to issue management procedures
- Liaison with the Neighbourhood Hub to ensure the delivery of Resident work orders and operational requests
- Enhance the quality of customer interactions, ensuring compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met across all interactions
- Responding to feedback re customer service and Resident issues to exceed targeted results
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Experience working in the residential sector or service sector is essential
- Experience of working within a customer service environment such as a call centre would be highly desirable
- A highly effective communicator
- Organised and efficient
- Maintains high standards with exceptional attention to detail
- Team player
- Operates with high levels of integrity
Hours: Rotating shift patterns 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, one in three Saturdays working from home with a day back in lieu (You can choose to work bank holidays for a day off in lieu or day can be booked off).
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office in Stratford, 2 days’ work from home (Saturdays are WFH). Hybrid working after training is complete
Salary range: £28,000 to £31,000 dependant on experience + Annual Discretionary Bonus
