�? Calling all Customer Service Superstars! Are you ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Join our client's Home Assistance Team in the heart of vibrant Croydon with hybrid working options and take your customer service skills to the next level!

£27,013.60 plus £1,545k performance bonus + fantastic benefits

Hours: This position is based on a 35-hour week and will include working weekends and bank holidays, covering shifts between 07:00 to 18:00, Monday - Sunday. This role is being offered on a 60/40 office/home working.

A Day in the life of a Customer Service Coordinator:

You will use your organisational skills in a kind and empathetic way, ensuring their customers are cared for at every step of the way. From a burst pipe, broken boiler or leaky roof, you will be handling both in and outbound calls, ensuring you have all the relevant information to enable you to appoint the necessary contractor to carry out repairs.

You will utilise your excellent communications skills to keep customers informed at all times. Sometimes you may have to deliver bad news (not every eventuality is covered!), therefore you will be comfortable with difficult conversations.

  • Handle calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner at all times with empathy and customer focus.
  • Actively communicate with all parties on a regular basis until case closure.
  • Utilise the correct resources and provide the most appropriate and cost effective assistance solutions in line with company procedures and underwriting policy.
  • Monitor all aspects of the assistance to ensure that all services are provided at the agreed time and that the customer is kept fully appraised of the progress.

If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for providing top-notch service, we want YOU on our team. Previous experience in the Home Emergency Sector is a plus, but what truly sets you apart is your dedication to delighting customers.
