- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Ensure client project queries and complaints are addressed and resolved
Responding to all communications email and phone within the team a
Use of internal systems and recording notes on each case
Manage the diaries and work with the Departmental Manager
Diarise and check any on site visits are booked and completed by Managers
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Working with various other internal team members
Problem solving and Customer Care skills essential
