Customer Service - Logistics
07.30 – 16.00 Monday to Friday
Temp - Perm
Our long-standing client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team situated in Northampton. As part of the Customer Service Administrator role, you will demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude and strive to give excellent Customer Service.
Duties will include
* Processing of online orders using WMS software
* Communicating with customers to provide support advise and answer queries
* Liaising with transport companies to arrange deliveries
* Speaking on the phone to individuals and companies
* Order checking
* Using various in house databases
* Manage generic email inboxes.
* Other administration tasks as determined by line manager
Skills requires
* IT literate - sound knowledge of Excel/outlook
* Well organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail
