Customer Service Administrator

A large employer with several sites across the UK & Europe is hiring a Customer Account Administrator to join the team at their flagship Wearside based office.
You will support a busy Customer Service department from an administration standpoint, delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main administrative support for a variety of allocated customer accounts, responding via email (no phone work)
- Handling online enquiries
- Process enquiries, sales orders and purchase orders
- Administration of documentation and retrieval systems
- Input purchase and sales orders
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative experience within a customer-focused team
- An appreciation for world class Customer Service
- Good problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
