A large employer with several sites across the UK & Europe is hiring a Customer Account Administrator to join the team at their flagship Wearside based office.

You will support a busy Customer Service department from an administration standpoint, delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the main administrative support for a variety of allocated customer accounts, responding via email (no phone work)
• Handling online enquiries
• Process enquiries, sales orders and purchase orders
• Administration of documentation and retrieval systems
• Input purchase and sales orders

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong administrative experience within a customer-focused team
• An appreciation for world class Customer Service
• Good problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
