Customer Service Administrator - Witham - up to 25,000 per annum - Permanent
We are currently working alongside a well established company based in Witham who are a specialist in their field and keen to add to their growing team. They are seeking candidates with proven, recent experience in Sales Administration, Business Support, Administration or an office based Customer Service environment. It is essential that applicants have a keen eye for detail and exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure customers receive the best care and support throughout the purchasing process.
Duties:
Handling the customer experience including processing customer orders received via email and liaising with customers to ensure their requirements are achievable and are met.
Processing using the companies bespoke software of which we will provide external and internal training.
Answering the main switchboard, assisting where possible and diverting calls when required.
Liaising closely with internal departments to schedule planning, production and transport in line with customer requirements.
Handling any Customer Service requests from new and existing customers.
The Person:
Due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant will be liaising with internal departments and external customers, our client are seeking candidates who are personable and professional with strong communication skills.
The suitable candidate must have a high level of organisation to prioritise a busy schedule.
We are looking for applicants who are able to work as a part of a small team as well as working to own initiative.
