Job description

Hybrid role – 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
Working equivalent 9am-5pm 5 days per week between 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday, working twice a month on Saturdays with a day off during the week

You will be joining an existing team in an exciting time of growth and responsible for the day-to-day administration of a variety of customer queries. Duties include:
Onboarding new customers and setting up accounts
Completing relevant regulatory customer checks
Handling customer accounts and taking a variety of payments
Handling sensitive information such as bereavement services
Updating customer records
Discussing a variety of services and products with customers
Inputting and preparing daily transactions, transfers and payments into the system If you already have a strong background in call centre or online Customer Services, ideally within banking or Financial Services and are looking to join an innovative organisation, this may be the next step in your career. You will have:
Experience of onboarding new customers
Working knowledge of KYC
An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
High levels of numeracy
Excellent IT skills
The ability to gain trust with customers and provide a solution
