We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a focus on order processing and administration.
This is an Immediate start position for someone who can maintain high standards of Customer Service and administrative support.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Liaise with relevant departments, both internal and external, including customers and suppliers.
- Handle email and telephone queries from customers promptly.
- Ensure phone calls and email queries are answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience within a Customer Service administration role.
- Order processing experience, ideally with knowledge of SAP, Sage, or Oracle.
- Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.
- IT literacy and proficiency in using office software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly telephone manner.
