- Handle Customer calls and emails
- Process orders and handle payments details securely
- Action amendments
- Diarise your day
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Good grammar and spelling
- Good mathematical skills
- Own car and licence is essential due to the rural location
- Salary: £11.80 per hour
