Manpower are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our manufacturing client based in the Oldbury area.

Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Salary: £25,896 per annum
You will be the first point of contact between the business and the customer base.
Duties:
- Dealing with and maximising all sales enquires by telephone, email and post
- Chasing overdue orders, quotations and monitoring on going projects
- Building strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Maintaining customer files and ensuring contact details are regularly updates by making outbound warm calls to previous customers
- Generating business leads from warm calls
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Record details of enquiries, comments and complains
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Carry out full stock count procedures
- Attend regular sales meeting
Requirements:
- Strong competency in using Microsoft office applications
- Excellent problem solver
- Good time management
- Must exercise good Customer Service skills to both internal and external employees and customers
- Self-motivated and focused
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
