Job description

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hybrid within commutable distance of Coventry (CV6)
Start date: 13/05/2024 (Will be required to attend site on 10th May to collect homeworking equipment, minimum onsite for 4 weeks training and role will remain Hybrid)
Salary: £11.56
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm (but flexibility available between 8am -6pm)
Type: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
Blue Arrow is offering a superb opportunity to work as a Customer Service representative, Working remotely but within a reasonable commute to Coventry. The role promises sociable working hours, a competitive pay rate rising to £10.90 in April, and the security of a longer-term assignment.

Their work has also helped to halve harmful emissions in London since 2019 and keep the capitals road network running smoothly and safely.
As a Back-Office Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the behind-the-scenes processing service of Transport for London's Road User Charging system. You'll look after all web, postal and email-based customer enquiries, such as Road user charging queries, complaints, data entry and account maintenance, representations, appeals and other admin based back-office activities.
The position is homebased on a hybrid basis and therefore requires a suitable quiet space, free from distraction for working and a reliable broadband internet connection.
The ideal person will:
  • Hold excellent reading skills and previous office or Customer Service experience
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Able to speed read
  • Experience in using computers and able to use keyboard shortcuts
  • Make accurate decisions independently
  • Maintain consistency

Full training will be provided for this role.
You will be required to attend the Coventry site on the Friday before your start date to collect your equipment and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the site should you need to work from the office for any reason.
