Supreme Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of our clients to help them support their customer base and help them achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You will be part of small friendly team.
As you will often be the first point of contact for customers you will ideally be confident on the telephone and have an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. If you have good organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would really like to hear from you.
Duties:
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
Requirements:
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high-level of dedication
Monday - Friday - Day shift - 12.16 per hour
