Job description

Our client based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who are continuously growing, creating more opportunities.

Duties Include

Being the first point of contact for Customers, via the phone and email
Providing quotes to customers
Maintaining customer data
Arranging returns within the UK and internationally
Maintaining strong communication internally
General support to the business
Handling and dealing with complaints
Processing refunds

This position is a Monday to Friday position based in the office Full Time. 9am till 5pm.
