Customer Service. Our client, part of a global group is looking for someone with enthusiasm for great customers services. This role will develop into a technical engineering sales role, but initially would require support in general admin tasks. Come join an exciting team today!
Customer Service Duties include:
- To ensure that all incoming calls are answered promptly, and visitors greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
- To accurately process customer orders and Tooling jobs. Customer enquiries to be acknowledged on same day.
- Liaise with production supervisors and planner, ensuring jobs are completed on time and update customers with any schedule changes.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage customer accounts. Ensure that customer information is kept up to date.
- Process tool room timesheets and assist in the costing of these jobs
- Process invoices and credit notes
Customer Service Requirements:
- An interest in manufacturing and engineering is essential.
- Experience delivering top customers service / account management tasks is essential.
- Positive and confident phone manner is essential.
- An engineering background / qualification / apprenticeship is desirable.
- Own transport is essential.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
