Customer Service Advisor

Hybrid Homeworking with office base in Norwich (Minimum 2 days a week in the office)
Full time, 37 hours per week on rota basis: (Operating hours 8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 5.00pm on Friday)
Starting salary of £24,420 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £25,980 per annum
Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team, who is passionate about helping people and wants to deliver excellent service to our customers. The role will require you to:
Provide a one stop service to our tenants.
Be the first point of contact both over the phone and via email.
Report and schedule repairs to our homes.
Deal with basic rent and housing enquiries.
Work closely with our inhouse teams, suppliers, contractors, and tenants, to ensure an efficient service is delivered.
Support our customers to access and engage digitally.

About You
This role is ideal for somebody who wants to develop themselves or have a career in the Housing Sector. You will need to problem solve, be able to self-motivate and use your own initiative whilst working alone and take pride in your work and providing an excellent service.
The ideal candidate should have at least one years’ experience in a similar role, have a basic understanding of repairs, and passes in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent. You will also have clear and effective communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult conversations as well as experience in using Microsoft Programmes.
