About The Role
You will take new orders over the phone and deal with order queries and complaints, ensuring that any complaints are handled through the appropriate channels and are resolved in a timely manner. Together we will continue to deliver an efficient, safe and vital healthcare service to our customers.
20 Days Annual Leave - rising by 1 day per years service up to 25 days.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will need to be very much a ‘people person’, a strong communicator and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a call centre or Customer Service environment is desirable and the ability to communicate well is essential.About Us
