FirstSource – Customer Service Advisor Banking
Full-time - Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £12.00 per hour Overtime Available
Location - Firstsource C/O Regus, 3rd Floor, Lincoln Building, 27-45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7AD
Opening hours - 8.00am until 11:00pm Monday to Sunday! Please ensure you are fully flexible between these times. We need to be there when our customers need us, and so full flexibility is essential within these hours. Your shifts will rotate but don’t worry, you’ll be given plenty of notice when your shifts are!

No call centre experience? No problem, our client welcomes candidates with any previous experience in customer facing roles!
We have an award winning 6 week training and induction programme designed so that you’ll hit the ground running! Once out of training we have a helpful and supportive leadership team that is always happy to help and support.
