Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor (Spanish Speaking) to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis.
The suitable candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, Fluent in both Spanish and English and have strong communication skills.
The start date for this position is ASAP.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Success Specialist:
- Salary: £11.53 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
- Location: Fully Remote

- Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Success Specialist:
- Optimising the onboarding experience for new customers by ensuring timely, accurate onboarding and training.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues.
- Escalating complex issues internally while keeping clients informed.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding their expectations and providing exceptional support experiences.
- Providing SME support to product and engineering teams.
- Responding to alerts and ensuring system stability.
- Analysing trends and proactively mitigating recurring issues.
- Contributing to availability, problem, change, and knowledge management activities.
- Actively identifying risks and taking appropriate action
Ideal Skills of a Customer Success Specialist:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (Written and spoken).
- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk, or similar ITIL-based trouble-ticketing software.
- Familiarity with SAAS and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of the credit card payments industry.
- Understanding of Customer Service best practices.
- Familiarity with service desk processes and procedures with a basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
