Customer Service Agent - Chessington, London
Job Type: Guaranteed Hours - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)
Roles & Responsibilities
Working within the Guest Experience Department you will provide an excellent level of service to our adventurers. You will be the point of contact for all guests, primarily pre-visit and post-visit. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Day to day this role will include:
- Assisting and dealing with any enquiries or feedback that guests may have in a professional and calm manner, going above and beyond to provide all our guests with memorable experiences.
- Logging information received, maintaining detailed and accurate records, whilst ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
- Responsible for making large school bookings.
- Provide Recovery to any guests in line with internal processes, ensuring all recovery is appropriately logged.
Fixed term contract to November 2024. Working weekends and bank holidays as required.
Shifts start from 8.30am to 10am and finish at 5pm.
Qualifications & Experience
