Customer Service Agent - Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist Company providing Direct Cremation funeral services. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Planning Ahead teamSalary: £29,095.09Hours: 37.5 hours per week .The working week is a 5-day period, with additional weekend rota basis with a day in Lieu.About the rolePredominantly taking inbound calls you will be responsible for explaining the features and benefits of our products, answering general policy questions and selling funeral plans over the phone. In quieter times you will also be following up leads and making outbound calls.Key duties· To set up plans by telephone and e-mail· Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries and plans; ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system.· Clearly explaining, in simple language the features of our Funeral plans and making sure that it is what the client requires.· Day to day support to the business, dealing with ad hoc queries – including customer queries.The successful candidate will have the following skills:· Previous Sales experience is essential – ideally gained within a call centre environment· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.· Proven sales experience meeting all KPI’s· A good telephone manner and the ability to easily explain what we do and don't do.· The ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy.· Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate· The ability to record information electronically and talk to clients at the same time is a must.· Proven background of working in an excellent Customer Service role.· Working with multiple client requests simultaneously and ensuring the ability to complete each task accurately and efficiently.· Be self-disciplined and self-motivating· Previous experience of working in an FCA regulated Company is desirable We provide:· Full training so you can excel in your job.
