Salary : £13,500 per annum

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a professional and efficient team member to join us as a Customer Service Apprentice within Peter Cox. This role is responsible for the sales administration in the area. To support the branches and surveyors to achieve sales targets. To deliver reports and dashboard to help with sales management in the area.
Day To Day You Will Be Responsible For
- Quote Outstanding Reports
- Sales Numbers
- Follow Ups
- Tender Updates
- Uploading Development sheets and contact cards
- Dealing with enquiries (Pest Proofing, Tenders, Special Commercial Customer Enquiries, Rebooking surveys on NAV, Invoice and credit survey fees.)
- Supporting the re-inspection team when required
- Helping surveyors arrange development visits
- Administering documentation relating to a sale or post-sale paperwork
- Monitoring area inbox
- Dealing with customers requiring updates or with a sales related complaint
Key Qualities:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills to take on the role:
- IT Literate and ability to use NAV and Google Apps
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively and complete daily tasks
- Have a good understanding of the sales process
- Have the ability to drive the common execution of company goals and targets
