Looking for an Customer Services Executive who would be responsible for Customer Service retentions. This is for a growing Building Services organisation in the North Manchester Area.
The successful candidate will work closely within the sales team and play a key role in retaining client accounts by building on, and strengthening working relationships, ensuring that exceptional Customer Service is delivered in every respect.
This will be a key role in the interface between the clients and the business and is responsible for retaining business and making sure clients needs are met
Customer Service Executive – The Rewards
- Basic up to £25,000 dependant on experience in a similar role

Essential
- Proven experience in a Customer Services role, account management or retentions role
- A proven track record in building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience of successfully resolving client issues
- Experience of coordinating activity and achieving key deliverables
- Experience of updating a knowledge database system
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
- Experience of performing outbound retention and Customer Services calls
- A background in IT, Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Telecoms, Fire and Security, Datacentres or M&E Contracting.
