Monday-Friday (40hrs)
Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive Administrator, your responsibilities will span various aspects of

• Confidently handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about our services.
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Take bookings and manage customer requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Training will be provided.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• A confident, friendly manner with a high level of customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable at making decisions on a frequent basis.
• Enjoys a variable and diverse workload.
• Proven negotiation skills.

*Desirable
Experience of working with Irish-based companies is an advantage.
