Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive Administrator, your responsibilities will span various aspects of
- Confidently handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about our services.
- Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Take bookings and manage customer requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Training will be provided.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A confident, friendly manner with a high level of customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable at making decisions on a frequent basis.
- Enjoys a variable and diverse workload.
- Proven negotiation skills.

Experience of working with Irish-based companies is an advantage.
