London (2 days a week), Up to £33k (pro rata), immediate start
In this role, you will be:
- monitoring the hello@ inbox
- working with B2B retailers to process orders
- communicating with the warehouse team to ensure orders are delivered OTIF
- deliver a fantastic Customer Service experience
