Customer Service Manager
Our client is the most lovely E-commerce business in the arts and crafts industry! Based in gorgeous WeWork offices in East London, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager to come on board into more of a supervisory role than managerial. You will be responsible for getting back to customer enquires in a highly premium style and providing regular reports and customer feedback to the Head of Operations. You will expected to be on brand with your tone when communicating with customers and clients and will have a strong understanding of the brand. You will be supervising a team of freelancers and responsible for teaching them the best practice of the business and overseeing their workflow.
This role has hybrid working with a couple of days per week in the office.
The right candidate will have experience working in a direct consumer company, speaking directly to customers.
Duties will include:
- Producing weekly and monthly reporting of customer feedback
- Leading on a variety of Customer Service projects
- Workflow management
- Develop and implement best practice for Customer Service
- Owning the customer experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent people skills
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Have some supervisory experience
- Have some Customer Service experience
- Have worked directly with the customer before
