customers!
We have over 200,000 followers on social media already alongside a strong business with
sales channels including D2C, Amazon, Vending and Wholesale, selling our brand products
into major retailers such as TheRange, Halfords and Asda.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all day to day customer queries that come to us via email, social media or other
- Ensure that each customer query is handled quickly and professionally to ensure every
- Provide guidance and advice to customers where required to ensure they have the best
- Report back any ongoing issues and feedback to management to ensure we can continue
Skills and Qualifications
- First and foremost you will be a complete self starter, able to manage your own time and
- You will have at least 2+ years of Customer Service experience, ideally over the phone or
- You can evidence multiple scenarios of having dealt with a challenging customer query and
- Ideally you will have some experience or using Zendesk, ODesk or something similar to
- An understanding of the importance of a happy customer, and leveraging this by way of
- Comfortable in working to KPIs and exceeding them
by the business during our quieter and peak periods in the year
