Job Title: Customer Service manager

Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum

Location: Orpington

Hours: 08:30am-17:00pm
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

Strategic

Operational

  • To manage customer queries effectively, respond to customers within 24 hours & resolve their queries with 48-72 hours.
  • To develop new KPI's & working processes to bring greater efficiency's to the business.
  • To be comfortable & able to manage a UK & International based team.
  • To key all customer orders before the daily cut off.
  • To ensure the team answer all customer phone calls and act as the first port of call for customers.
  • To actively manage price lists with customers working closely with current employees.
  • To work closely with the UK warehouse , with occasional visit to the site.
  • The UK Office has around 10-25 employees working each day, this role will work with the management team to assist with day-to-day operational office tasks.
  • An understanding of a wholesale business would be helpful, however the ability to adapt, learn and bring new ideas is more important.


Is this you?
  • An experience as a Customer Services Manager or Senior Team Leader, who must have line management experience and be able to demonstrate outstanding people skills.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal - with an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences, relationship building, networking and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate, keeping organised
  • Ability to identify, analyse and develop effective solutions to problems.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
