Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess good communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Up sell products and services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Ability to up sell products effectively

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
