You will be responsible for answering calls on behalf of a numerous clients placing orders along with taking Customer Service calls.
Please note this is an inbound only call centre. We also require flexibility as we are open 24/7 so Bank holidays/Xmas will be required.
The hours of work will be 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 8am-10pm , Some weekend working is required

What we look for
You will need great communication skills, along with excellent Customer Service.
You will also conduct yourself in a polite and professional manner over the telephone showing patience understanding and empathy.
A desire to learn and the right attitude. Must have call centre experience to be considered for the role.
