SalaryI am working with a growing retailer who are expanding their team and searching for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be repsonsible for supporting customers with any questions or queries via a variety of avenues - telephone, livechat and email
- Processing orders with a high level of accuracy
- Responsible for dealing with any delivery questions or queries (speaking to couriers to find out arrival times)
- Become a product expert
- General administration duties.
Your skills:
- Experience working within Customer Service with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in part of a team and on your own initiative
- Complaint handling experience is desirable
