Customer Services Executive

- Telephone and face to face client based customer service experience required
Role overview:
This role is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional customer service.
You will have a passion for providing brilliant customer service and will ideally have worked previously in a similar corporate setting. You’ll be the first point of contact for existing and potential new clients, providing accurate and high class service which will help to generate repeat business and recommendations.
A really warm telephone manner alongside customer service skills and experience is essential!

Key requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years telephone based customer service experience is essential preferably within a corporate setting
- Understanding different areas of law would be beneficial but not essential
- Brilliant people skills with a warm, approachable manner
- Sales-minded approach
- IT literate
- Ability to handle and manage personal data with discretion
