The Housing section of the Department of Infrastructure is seeking a skilled communicator with a customer focus who will work as part of a team to deliver its customer service function.
You will provide appropriate advice and information both for the Departments public sector housing tenants and its private sector customers, including first time buyers and private landlords. You will also be responsible for providing administration for all housing services, which will include completing eligibility assessments and contacting customers to chase necessary documentation or outstanding payments owed to the Department.
