NCHA are on a mission to find an enthusiastic Services Coordinator to join our friendly and professional Services team.

Based in Nottingham, you will deliver excellent quality homes, communities and customer service through the management of contracts and service level agreements that meet legislative and good practice requirements.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your role as a Services Coordinator will be to manage a portfolio of properties and to deliver an efficient and effective facilities service to schemes and projects within the East Midlands region. In this varied role, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Liaising with customers, project staff and agent groups regarding the provision of services to projects and schemes, and commission the delivery of such services taking regard of budgetary implications.
* Assisting the Services Team Leader to strategically plan and implement future contract development, monitoring, reporting and system needs.
* Collecting and managing data and writing reports within deadlines for regulatory and internal reporting and monitoring purposes, liaising with external regulatory bodies and service providers as required.
* Monitoring income and day to day expenditure against budgets and ensuring value for money and regularly reporting to Finance and the Services Team Leader on this.
* Project managing the opening and closing of projects.
What we require:
It is essential that you are able to provide a high quality customer service through contracts and service level agreements that meet legislative and good practice requirements. You must be comfortable with working as part of a field based team and adaptable to changing circumstances. Other key requirements include:
* You will have knowledge and experience of either Contract Monitoring, Management Information Systems, Quality Assessment Frameworks or development of Key Performance Indicators.
* You will have a Housing Level 3 qualification or relevant equivalent qualification in contract management or quality management or have a demonstrable commitment to your personal development.
* You will be good with numbers due to the need to manage budgets with a high level of attention to detail and have the ability to solve problems fairly and logically.
* You will also be very diplomatic in your approach to work and have demonstrable ability to effectively communicate and disseminate (sometimes complex) issues with internal and external customers.
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle and be willing to regularly attend meetings in person and visit schemes; sometimes at short notice.
HOURS AND WORKING DAYS:
28 hours per week across 4 days
