The Data Insight Manager will be responsible for enabling the UK business to get value from their data. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand their business problems and define where data solutions could aid improvements.
As the data insight manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading requirements definition and rollout/business change of data products.
- Working closely with the data and analytics team to deliver high-quality data products and analytics to the business
- Supporting the design and implementation of data architectures that are reliable, scalable, and secure/ lead mapping of business data to processes
- Ensuring the data we collect and use is accurate, relevant, and compliant
- Generating and sharing Data Insights that inform decision making and drive business value
- Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and audiences to foster a data-driven culture
- Collating and prioritising requirements for data products, reports, and data visualisation
- Lead efforts to improve data culture within the UK, including awareness of what data is available, selling the art of the possible to business stakeholders and training on data storytelling and visualisation best practices.
- Lead on requirements for centralised Reports and datasets for Azets UK across the Business Units.
- Project due diligence – work with project and product teams to ensure their initiatives are conforming to data best practice, and support the digital growth of Azets.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience with building and implementing data solutions
- Knowledge of GDPR and data security requirements
- Strong understanding data concepts and applications
- Experience with cloud data architecture and platform technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis, data modelling, and Tableau or other Data Visualisation tool
- Knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices
- A proven track record of leading data teams and/or projects
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
