The talent acquisition team at NET Recruit are collaborating with a highly successful healthcare business in Portsmouth area, to support their search for a Delivery Manager. As a Delivery Manager, this role is highly important to the ongoing success of the business and will be key in the execution of many of their key contracts within the coming few years. The position holder will be responsible for ensure the seamless execution of these contracts and ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Much of this role will see the position holder supporting team leaders to achieve KPIs and managing stakeholder relationships across the entire process.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking the lead on overseeing all contracts that the business handles, taking ownership of the delivery according to the specifications and ensuring compliance throughout.
- Collaborating closely with operational managers to ensure the efficient daily operations across the business, ensuring that employees are meeting KPIs and addressing improvement activities when this is not the case.
- Engaging proactively and confidently with various stakeholders throughout the contractual process, utilising relationships to explore further business development opportunities, and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of relevant information regarding the contract as needed.
- Supporting the forecast for predicted workforce requirements as part of the annual budget process, making sure that staffing levels are optimal and that there is a sufficient allocation of resources to meet expectations on delivery.
- Implementing frameworks for best practices, promoting continuous improvement across all managers and their teams.
- Supporting on the delivery of change programmes as needed, across people, digital and service functions as it is required.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly experienced and knowledgeable project Delivery Manager, with outstanding experience in managing various client contracts and effectively managing business operations. Applicants are expected to be degree level educated or possess an equivalent accreditation within leadership training. It is of paramount importance that applicants possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience in liaising with 3rd party organisations, alongside the customer and internal teams. Excellent project management experience is expected, with the ability to monetise services and utilise workforce skills for best results.
It would be highly desirable for applicants to possess previous experience and knowledge of NHS
