The Asset Management and Property Services team manages the Gloucestershire County Council estate. We are an established Property Services and Estates Management team who take pride in delivering high quality service across the County, including educational establishments, to ensure we have a fully compliant estate. We have the knowledge and expertise to advise on legislative, statutory requirements, national guidelines and best practice requirements for property matters.

 

About you

 

The ideal candidate will have, the experience and ability to provide end to end project management for works identified during inspection, including data collection and reporting, procurement of works and monitoring of contractors. Equally you will be required to work closely with schools, governing bodies and other partners to ensure effective identification of needs and co-ordination of resources and promotion of the service, and to identify opportunities for jointly funded schemes in accordance with Project Management principles. Working with our Capital investment team, you will provide M&E technical support from design to completion including the writing of specifications.
