About the Role
The client seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager with at least 3+ years of experience to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a broad range of digital marketing skills and is eager to take on a management position that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. Responsibilities
Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and attract target customers.
Coordinate and oversee marketing activities across various inbound and outbound channels, ensuring alignment with an overall strategy.
Manage external agencies and freelancers responsible for executing SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, ensuring consistency and quality of output.
Oversee the design and creation of marketing collateral, including eBooks, product guides, brochures, case studies, and more.
Plan and execute marketing events and trade shows.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, focusing on optimisation and lead generation strategies.
Deliver monthly reporting on marketing KPIs.
Ensure the company website is regularly updated, relevant, and aligned with marketing goals.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing or a closely related role.
Solid understanding of core marketing principles and strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in technology and the digital signage industry.
Experience with Google marketing tools, such as AdWords, Analytics, and Search Console.
