Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: £41,000
Holiday: 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Job Summary
Pepe’s Piri Piri (Pepe’s) is the leading Piri Piri chicken franchise in the UK with over 180 franchised stores nationwide. The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral position within Pepe’s ever growing Head Office team, that will support further growth of the franchise network.
Working and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and closely with the Head Office team, there is substantial day to day variety with monitoring and supporting all areas relating to the Pepe’s store network.
You must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point. You will be a very effective in Digital Marketing as well as having strong organisational and communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have had similar previous or current experience to this role.
Responsibilities to Include:
· Digital Marketing
o Responsible for the management and administration of Pepe’s online search platform to ensure all Pepe’s stores have consistent data across search engines.
o To update the online platforms with new store, product information and any changes that occur for any stores, so that customers can find Pepe’s easier and have the information they are looking for.
o To respond to customer reviews across all platforms
o To help with store Facebook page content and answer customer comments on behalf of Pepe’s stores.
o To ensure the Pepe’s website is updated with SEO content, such as blogs and news pages.
o To work on marketing projects with the Marketing team such as price and menu updates.
o To produce a Pepe’s franchise monthly newsletter on Canva.
o To ensure the Pepe’s App is communicating to the right people at the right time.
o To ensure the Pepe’s App is marketed to improve download numbers.
o To help plan the Pepe’s CRM communication program.
o To cover organic social media content when there are holidays taken.
o To cover paid media content when there are holidays taken.
· Customer focus
o To be able to respond to customer reviews and complaints from all platforms and to ensure the right result for the customer and Pepe’s.
o Always have the customer front of mind when developing Digital Marketing.
o To ensure all marketing initiatives are communicated to the Franchisees to show the value of the Marketing team.
· Commercial
o Analyse digital platforms and report monthly.
o Assist in preparation of key management information and reports.
o Assist in competitor analysis
o Work on new marketing projects that are identified.
· New store openings
o Ensure that all new store openings have been communicated effectively and on the right platforms.
o Ensure all communications with franchisees are in line with brand standards.
· Keep all Pepe’s printed and online marketing materials up to date
o Help update and maintain all Marketing related Best Practice Factsheets, and manuals, ensuring all relevant material is updated.
· Team Cover
o General support as required to the Head Office Marketing Team as required, which may include covering annual leave, sickness, and any other absence.
· System Experience – preferred but not essential
o Yext search platform or similar.
o Canva or similar.
o Sprout Social – Social media tracking and analysing platform.
o Word Press or similar.
· Ad Hoc Requirements from Line Manager.
