The role

We are searching for a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing initiatives across the charity. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and support fundraising and campaigning efforts.
By leveraging your expertise in Digital Marketing channels and technologies, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission of transforming the lives of people with complex mental health needs.
Your key responsibilities will include: managing and optimising our website to ensure it supports our marketing and fundraising objectives; Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM); the management and development of all our Social Media channels; email marketing, content marketing and digital advertising; Digital Marketing performance analytics and reporting.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing specialist ideally with an understanding of healthcare or related industries. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful Digital Marketing strategies that drive measurable results and ROI.
You will have a deep understanding of Digital Marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising. You will bring hands-on experience with Digital Marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation software, and content management systems.
You will be a creative thinker with a passion for innovation while also having great analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
